Three new executives are set to join the extraordinary Business Advisory Board at Vodacom Business, the organization announced on Wednesday morning.

The board is tasked with supporting digital transformation in the enterprise sector and is composed of a group of thought leaders and experts in the cloud, cybersecurity, IoT, artificial intelligence and digital transformation sectors. New executives are ready to come on board and help businesses tackle complex challenges using technology.

The first of these new members is Kgabo Seopa, managing executive of products and services at Vodacom Business. He previously held roles at Cisco, SITE, Nokia and Internet Solutions, where he used his MBA to pursue his passion of building businesses and teams on the African continent.

Charlotte Kepadisa, managing executive of big data, AI and RPA at Vodacom Group, is also joining the board. The executive spent three years supporting Safaricom where he accelerated AI transformation and value realization. Kepadisa holds a master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics, an MBA from Stellenbosch University, and a Certified Chief Digital Officer certification from MIT.

The final new member of the extraordinary Business Advisory Board at Vodacom Business is Reshad Shaw. The Executive Chairman of Centiv and CEO of Brightgaze has held positions as Chief Executive Officer of Liquid Telecom South Africa and Squidnet, Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Director at DFA, and Director level positions at global technology firms including Cisco, LogicaCMG and Protech. His extensive experience in telecommunications across different markets will certainly prove to be a valuable tool to the Vodacom business.

Extraordinary Trade Advisory Board was established in August 2025 And it includes many notable names on board. These include Anna Collard, SVP of content strategy and evangelist for KnowBe4 Africa, Yolande Steyn, head of digital interactions for RMB Trade and Treasury Solutions, and Prothviraj himself, among others.
