Youth unemployment remains critically high and access to state universities is increasingly competitive, with many school leavers struggling to find meaningful study and work opportunities. Rocking Future, with its 3D immersive online career expo platform Swivel, available nationwide, aims to bridge that gap by providing accessible, real-world guidance and exposure.
In 2025 alone, an impressive 9 049 learners across 72 Johannesburg schools benefited from the programme, becoming better informed, inspired and motivated to take control of their future.

The experience continues after the live show.
Learners also have access to exhibitions run by brand ambassadors from leading private tertiary institutions, providing information about a wide range of study and training options. Meanwhile, distribution of the Future Guide magazine ensures that important career information reaches matriculated learners long after the expo has ended.

K Cheytanov, Founder of 3RC, said, “This visit has been nothing short of spectacular. The level of engagement from students and faculty has exceeded our expectations year after year. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, confirming the expo's role in shaping future careers.”
The Rocking Future Careers Expo is touring Johannesburg and Cape Town, aiming to empower young South Africans to make informed career choices and develop essential skills. The key message for learners is clear: your future is full of possibilities, starting with self-confidence.
