The Electoral Commission of South Africa is offering a 24 Month Internship Program In civic education and research. Interns will be trained, familiarized and supported in providing effective outreach services based on EC clients, customers and stakeholders to strengthen the overall organizational control environment. Internship Responsibilities
Successful candidates will gain exposure and support:
- General Administrative Duties for Civic Education and Research
- are supporting Outreach Management System (OMS)
- Assist with stakeholder management and coordination
- Compiling and distributing documents to stakeholders
- Preparing reports, presentations and taking minutes
- Maintaining filing systems and correspondence
- Coordinating outreach and research activities
- Supporting logistics and general office functions
minimum requirements
Applicants should:
- to pass Matric/Grade 12/N3/NTC Level 4
- hold one Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma In:
- public administration
- political science
- Happen 35 years or less
- Happen Unemployed
- Should not happen:
- previously worked in your field of study
- Had participated in an internship program before
