Danone Southern Africa has appointed nyaladzi moyo country Director.
The appointment is part of the company's ongoing efforts to strengthen its presence in South Africa and support continued growth in its dairy business.
Moyo joined Danone as Commercial Director in 2025 and has since played a key role in enhancing sales performance and strengthening the company's growth and execution capabilities.
She has a deep understanding of the South African market, as well as experience from previous roles at international personal care company Beiersdorf Southern Africa and consumer goods company Procter & Gamble, where she worked both locally and in Canada.
Moyo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Warwick Business School, England, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Nelson Mandela University in Gkebaraha.
His appointment reflects Danone's focus on building strong local leadership to support the continued growth of its South African business.

The appointment is part of Danone's broader efforts to build a more connected and responsive organization across Africa, and by strengthening leadership in key markets, the company aims to continue growing its dairy business while delivering products that meet the needs of consumers in the Southern Africa region.
