Liquid Intelligent Technologies offers voluntary redundancies and early retirement in South Africa
Cassava Technologies is cutting its workforce in South Africa in a bid to become more agile, ITWeb reports. Voluntary severance and early retirement packages for employees of subsidiary Liquid Intelligent Technologies South Africa were announced in an internal memo. Ziad Suleiman, senior vice president and CEO of South Africa and Botswana at Cassava Technologies, told ITWeb that the workforce restructuring will support a new business model, adding that voluntary separations and retirements are a necessary step to ensure options.
