Adam Hlozek joins Patrik Schick up top for today's 5pm kick-off, with Miroslav Koubek changing his team's shape from a 3-4-3 to a 5-3-2. Tomas Soucek and Jaroslav Zeleny, who started against South Korea last week, have also been sent to the bench in place of Lucas Serva and Vladimir Darida.
Hugo Bruce has also settled on a 4-3-3 for this evening's game, following the shock 2-0 defeat to Mexico – in which, two of his key stars were sent off for an early shower. Yaya Sithole and Themba Zwane will have no role in the game against Czechia, with Thalante Mbatha, Jayden Adams and Teboho Mokoena deployed as a midfield three.
Lyle Foster has also been ruled out for the upcoming encounter, with Ikram Renners leading the charge alone.
